Citrix provides various supported products and components that are not directly for sale, typically in the form of Service Packs, Hot Fixes, and Components (client software, Web Interface, and Secure Gateway are examples of these types of products). When an updated version of these products is released, it supersedes the previous versions, unless otherwise noted by Citrix. In the case of Receiver for Mac 11.4, Citrix supports previous versions 11.2 and 11.3 of the product but maintenance occurs only on the most recent version. Symptoms or Error

When connecting through the receiver for MAC we get error 'check network connection'. But when trying to connect from web browser, Windows, IOS, Android it works fine. Issue is only when trying to connect from Receiver for Mac after upgrading to 11.1 build.

Solution

Issue is happening when storefront servers are load balanced and we use FQDN that resolves to Load balanced IP in session profile of Netscaler.
Issue does not happen when we use Load balanced IP or direct storefront server IP in the session profile of Netscaler under 'Published applications' tab in 'Web interface address' box
