Docker has moved its installer behind login and force everyone to give their email id to just install the Docker.

When this issue raised on their Github repo, the response was

I know that this can feel like a nuisance, but we've made this change to make sure we can improve the Docker for Mac and Windows experience for users moving forward.

As far as I can tell, the docs don't need changes, so I'll close this issue, but feel free to comment.

Once you have found an image that you want to use, you can download it via Docker. Some layers including necessary dependencies will be downloaded too. I'm not sure how this improves the user experience and community isn't really happy with this move but the good news is, the installer file for both Windows and Mac can be directly downloaded.
